One on One Med thrives off the backbone of thoughtful care.
About Our Practice
Dr. Tomiwa Bamigboye, a female physician, founded a practice that strives to provide healthcare exceeding conventional standards. Her mission centers on delivering comprehensive and innovative care that addresses the whole person. With experience spanning diverse healthcare settings, from rural clinics to urban emergency rooms and health innovation projects, she has observed the power of integrating various approaches to achieve optimal well-being.
Dr. Bamigboye earned her MBBCh from the University of Witwatersrand and has since been dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise. As a HPSCA registered medical practitioner and certified Pilates teacher, her passion for holistic care extends beyond the clinic walls. She understands the profound connection between physical movement, mental clarity, and overall vitality. This personal commitment to wellness informs her approach to patient care, where evidence-based medicine is combined with a focus on lifestyle, prevention, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health journey.
Looking to the future, Dr. Bamigboye envisions a practice that remains at the forefront of health innovation, continually evolving to meet the unique needs of the community. Whether through leveraging new health technologies or creating patient-centered programs, her goal is to cultivate a space where patients feel heard, supported, and inspired to thrive.
